Our story begins with an unwavering passion for authentic Italian gastronomy. Each pizza is a celebration of centuries-old traditions, enhanced by a touch of creative innovation.
We carefully select our ingredients: DOP buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and local Provençal products. Our dough, prepared using traditional methods, rests for 48 hours to develop its full aromatic complexity.
